After years of unhealthy eating, I never once thought that I would be creating recipes, researching nutrition or lifting weights. Yet here I am.
The more I find out the more I want to share. I think it's safe to say that I'm already bombarding friends and family a little too much with my new found passion so I decided to create Eat Lift Achieve so I can bombard you all on here instead! Maybe you are reading this page because we already share a passion, or if you have stumbled across this instead, hopefully you may well discover a love for healthy food and living.
I have personally come a long way both physically and mentally. I hope to inspire even just one person to re-establish their relationship with themselves. To nourish their body with healthy, nutritional foods, to move and enjoy exercise and above all, to find peace with their body. To achieve happiness. As at the end of the day if you can get this right, everything else will fall into place.
